About us
TOSED was founded in 1999 in Brussels by persons of Turkish origin established in Belgium.
Its aim is to group personalities active in private sector with a view to strengthen economic and cultur al ties between Belgium and Turkey, to foster the integration of Turkish community into Belgium and the rapprochement between Turkey and Europe, as well as to promote the bonds of friendship among its members.
Founded on the principle of absolute equality and mutual respect between its members as well as constructive behaviour within the association, TOSED has currently about 100 members, mostly of Turkish origin.
They are active in business as independent or as member of important Belgian or multinational corporations, in the Bar, in consulting or in public institutions oriented towards the private sector.
Since its foundation, TOSED has organized numerous diners, conferences and has sponsored cultural activities geared on Turkey.
In 2004, TOSED has transformed itself into non profit organization in accordance with Belgian law.
